ACC is delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Somerset CCC and landed a once in a lifetime opportunity to provide our overseas player, Arun Chelvan the chance to train and bowl at the stars of the upcoming ICC World Cup. Across a two week schedule, Arun will visit the Cooper Associate's County Ground in Taunton where he will ply his trade against the best in the world including the likes of Steve Smith, Babar Azam, Kieron Pollard, Kane Williamson, David Warner and Dwayne Bravo - just to name a few!
Arun is relishing the opportunity; "I am absolutely thrilled to be able to bowl and train with some of the best cricketers on the world stage and just can't wait to get going. I'd like to express my thanks to both Somerset and Ashburton for this amazing experience!"
The full list of ICC countries that Arun will be bowling against is; Pakistan, Australia, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Afghanistan and the West Indies.
